In our last News Letter we put out an appeal for anyone who had any ideas for a "variety show" the The Brampton Town Twinning Association were planning for the French visitors at Easter. The theme was "French stereotypes" - using the results of an entertaining questionnaire sent out by the Asssociation. The results were, probably unsurprisingly for the men, - garlic/onion-wearing cyclists closely followed by sauve womaniser!! The women faired slightly better being thought of as "chic" or elegant.

A group of enthusiastic younger members of Brampton Players agreed to perform a couple of sketches - in French! They turned up at the Community Centre on April 8th, wearing onions, garlic, baguettes and berets and thoroughly amused and impressed both the French and British parties!

Well done and Thank you to those who took part. There were also performances of songs by William Howard pupils, who sang and played guitar and piano. They are a shining example to the community of the artistic talent we have here.
Well done to Naomi, Nicola, Will, Ellie, Chris, Katherine, Cath, Amy and Danni
