Brampton Players is a locally based amateur company whose aim is to keep theatre and the performing arts alive in and around Brampton in Cumbria.
Brampton itself is a market town located about 15 miles east of the city of C arlisle, near Hadrian's Wall, and is the hub of a community of villages nearby. Since losing our Playhouse, a converted church in the town which we used as our base for over 70 years, we are trying to develop a programme which will not only see us performing in Brampton, but will also enable us to take performances to halls and other venues around Brampton. We hope to use the opportunities to explore a wider range of drama and performance compared with recent years activities.
If you would like to be involved in this exciting new phase in the Players' development, please contact us, or fill in the form under the Membership option in the menu on the left.
